As we did with MCAP, now we have put together a PTS testing tool for HDP. The script is available at Gitorious.
This script was written mostly by André Dieb, a very prolific developer and colleague at Signove, with some testing and odd touches by myself. Some techniques were taken from an older script of mine, which in turn was based on a script written by OpenHealth folks. Quite a genealogical tree :)
Since it was written from scratch, it is cleaner and (hopefully) easier to use than MCAP counterpart. It is still a developer-to-developer tool, though.
Currently it lacks six tests (out of fifty or so): four of them are missing because there are no IEEE 11703 FLOSS implementation written in Python (or C), and two of them are being investigated. We will work to fill these gaps as soon as possible.
